If you want to go big, I'd start with the Vision Statement worksheet

If you want to take a deep dive inside your mind, perhaps try the Thought Model worksheet. This is a concept from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It's primarily used for exploring the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and actions, so that you can improve any unhelpful loops. It goes like this:
