Hello Reader,
This week I've been thinking about what we need to get unstuck and get moving. Here are three things on that theme to turn overthinking into expert thinking:
“Analysis happens in the realm of abstraction and infinite possibility. Action happens in the realm of the concrete and the constrained.” — How smart people stay stuck, by Joan Westenberg
In last week's newsletter, I mentioned that I've made a place for articles I want to keep top of mind in 2026. Here's another one from that collection: quick and effective daily journalling, by Struthless, who has tried every method for 15+ years and synthesized what works (and why)
For this week's underthinking link, how about a virtual hug (sound starts on click!)? Thinking score: 2 out of 10 (feeling score: 8 out of 10).
Extra Thoughts…
I currently have capacity to guide three new people out of stuckness and into easy, impactful action. If that might be you, we should talk!
And lastly, a quick Lens Not Label book update…this week I've been conducting short interviews with leaders about their experiences working with neurodivergent people. One theme that has emerged so far is about how to confidentially provide accommodations while minimising the perception of “special treatment”.
I wonder if this is something you have thoughts, questions or concerns about, too? Hit reply and let me know!
Good enough to get going, Kim
